The Accra high court today 1st November granted a request made by Mr Evans Austin Brew to withdraw a case brought before the honorable court against The university students association of Ghana, USAG.
This ends the months of legal battle between him and the former leadership of the Union (USAG) especially Mr. Kingsley Sarpong Akowuah the then president on a disqualification issues leading to the annual delegate Congress at Sunyani which saw His Excellency Mr. Paul Abrokwa elected as the Union’s President. Despite the court case, Mr Abrokwa has been on the job for months now making a lot of strives at the students front.
